Minced Meat Rice

Brown rice boiled with stir fried minced beef!

Serving Size: 4

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredient List:

½ pound mined beef

3 cups brown rice, rinsed

1 large onion, finely chopped

1 Tbsp. garlic paste

2 tsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. olive oil

Olive oil for greasing

Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a deep bottom pan over medium-high flame. Stir in onion and sauté until trans-lucent. Add in garlic paste and cook for a minute.

2. Then, add in minced beef, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until beef is done and turns brown.

3. Now, add in rice and pour in 8 cups of water. Cover the pan with a lid. Let it simmer over low heat until rice cooked through and water reduces completely.

4. Once done, remove the pan from heat and transfer the rice to a serving platter.

5. Serve hot!
